2. Nature of Services
1. General Information
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “Trader”, or “Participant”) and FTG Funding (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using any part of the FTG Funding website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or Services.
We may provide third parties access to our website to debug and/or maintain issues with our website, database, or infrastructure. These accesses are monitored and restricted once the scope of work is undertaken.
The Customer must pay registration/onboarding fees to have access to the FTG Funding. If the Service has begun (i.e., the Customer has started trading) and/or the Customer has not successfully completed the Evaluation, the Customer is entitled to being credited to its DAK Markets live account. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON WITHDRAWABLE AND ONLY THE GENERATED PROFIT ON THE LIVE DAK Markets ACCOUNT IS ABLE TO BE SECURED.
FTG Funding provides trading evaluations designed to assess a trader’s skill, discipline, and risk management through simulated environments. Successful participants may be offered access to a simulated funded account to continue trading under predefined rules.
FTG Funding does not offer investment services, financial advice, or portfolio management. All evaluations and funded accounts operate in simulated environments for performance assessment purposes only.
3. Eligibility
To participate in any FTG Funding Challenge or Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, and
- Reside in a jurisdiction where such Services are legally permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse service, registration, or participation to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.
4. Registration and Fees
Access to FTG Funding’s evaluation programs requires the payment of a registration (evaluation) fee, as displayed on our website.
All payments are done through FTG Funding and the cost of the challenge will be directed into the customers DAK Markets live account.
Once trading activity begins within the evaluation account, the service is considered initiated, and the lost challenges cost is immediately directed to our partnered broker
5. Evaluation and Funded Accounts
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- All trading during the Evaluation phase is simulated.
- Passing the Evaluation does not create an employment, investment, or partnership relationship with FTG Funding.
- The Funded Account opportunity is performance-based and may be subject to risk monitoring, trading limits, and compliance checks.
- Violations of trading rules — such as daily or overall loss limits — will result in immediate account termination.
6. Trading Conduct
Traders agree not to:
- Manipulate data or exploit simulation systems (e.g., latency arbitrage, copy trading, tick manipulation).
- Engage in any form of fraud or abuse.
- Share or sell access credentials.
- Use the Services for illegal or unethical purposes.
Any violation of these rules will result in termination of access without refund.
The Provider does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the Customer will meet the Customer’s expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
7. Intellectual Property
All design elements, content, text, graphics, and materials on ftgfunding.com are owned or licensed by FTG Funding.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Website or Services without express written permission.
The Customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the Provider’s site. The Customer also agrees to promptly update their account and other information, including email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that the Provider can complete transactions and contact the Customer as needed.
For any and all withdrawal requests, a processing fee is applied to cover transaction costs and associated charges incurred by the payment provider. These fees are determined by the payment providers and are as follows:
Rise: A provider fees of up to 3.5%.
These fees are applied regardless of the withdrawal amount and are subject to variation depending on the payment provider and prevailing market conditions. The Provider does not impose or add any additional charges to these fees. By submitting a withdrawal request, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the application of the processing fee as determined by the payment provider.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted access, or specific outcomes.
Trading simulations involve risk, and FTG Funding makes no warranties or representations regarding profitability or performance results.
Any use by the Customer of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at the Customer’s own risk and discretion, and the Customer should be familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the respective third-party provider(s). The Provider may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms .
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTG Funding and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Services,
- Technical failures or interruptions,
- Unauthorized access to your data, or
- Losses related to simulated trading results.
Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for their Challenge.
The Provider is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. The Customer should review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure they understand them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
10. Account Termination
FTG Funding reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You breach these Terms,
- Engage in prohibited or suspicious activity, or
- Act in a manner harmful to FTG Funding’s reputation.
Upon termination, all access and benefits will be revoked immediately.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
FTG Funding collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for operational, verification, and compliance purposes.
All payment transactions are securely processed through authorized payment partners.
12. Changes to Services and Pricing
FTG Funding reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any Service,
- Adjust pricing or evaluation parameters, and
- Restrict access to specific countries or users at any time.
Any updates to these Terms or Services will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FTG Funding, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services,
- Violation of these Terms, or
- Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where FTG Funding operates.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
15. Restricted Jurisdictions
FTG Funding does not offer its Services to residents or nationals of countries subject to international sanctions or restrictions, including but not limited to:
Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Sudan, and any other jurisdictions restricted under OFAC or FATF guidelines.
16. Amendments to These Terms
FTG Funding reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion.
Updates will be communicated through the website or by email where applicable.
Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
